    He's not the world's most animated performer although he looks good for 73... I must admit I only lasted 3 minutes in.. as a committed faster already is there much to gain from persevering @Indy51 ?

    I found it worthwhile - though I get what you're saying. Some interesting references and the results with visceral fat loss, etc.

    I think I've trained myself to be immune to - shall we say, charismatically challenged? - presenters. A lot of people moan about how boring Dr Bernstein's videos are, but I watch them for the information, not to be dazzled by his presentation skills ;)
