Hi Johanna and welcome to the forum. To help us to help you, we could do with some more information about you and your diabetes. Could you tell us what meds you’re on, what your blood sugars are like, what your latest HbA1c was and what a typical days diet is for you?

Just kidding. @Rachox is right, we do need a little more to go on. What you're eating, if that's changed recently, medication, levels, etc etc.... I know it's a pain, but the more we know, the more useful we tend to be.
Anyway, welcome, and I hope we can be of some proper help!
