Could tiredness drop your blood glucose levels?

After working for a few days consequetively, I started a fast yesterday morning, I was intending to fast till 6pm, but, I felt a drop in my levels and unusually for me, my reading was 3.5. I don't do that low when fasting. Or anytime!
I was really tired, could this be the reason for my low reading. Or could it be the shopping I had done an hour before?

Fatigue, sleep deprivation and stress all make my levels very unstable.

So I try to go high protein those days, because of the stabilising effect.

Don't do anything fancy, just try and have a LC Full English for breakfast, and then eat another good main meal later, with as few carbs as poss.

Are you sure you don't have a crystal ball or have you got your spys out?

Ok, what did I have with my gammon, eggs and black pudding?

What meat did I have with my salad later on?

;):rolleyes::p
