I agree. In the past he abused his body but there are hundreds of people who have done that and live to a ripe old age. Rest in Peace George Michael.Rubbish he died from naturally causes there is no set age as to when you should die

True, but drugs and alcohol use in the past will have exacerbated or caused both of the conditions which culminated in his death. A natural death, maybe, but still untimely.
I take quite a lot of medication and I sometimes wonder if it affects my liver. I was diagnosed with fatty liver 2 years ago when they were looking for gallstones as that what my symptoms were pointing to but no gallstones but fatty liver. I know there is a test called a Fibroscan which can tell how much damage (if any) the liver has but I believe it is quite expensive so the doctors won't do it if you ask for it. My doctors don't seem concerned about it but I still have a discomfort underneath my right rib. I am low carbing and cutting out sugar but my weight just doesn't seem to want to shift, it is such hard work to lose even one pound and I don't really understand why :-(
Have you had your Vitamin D3 tested? A deficiency makes weight loss very difficult.
Have you tried a very low calorie diet, like the Newcastle Diet.
It's worked well for all those on here that have done it, myself included.
