Sods law i got my free trial and put it in place. Set it up and got it started. 2 hours later did my first scan and it's flipping faulty I've contacted them and now will wait on response and hopefully replacement. Just wondered if it's just me. Also how long it takes for replacement.

Oh ouchy. Taking it back off felt was ripping flesh off. The sticky stuff works lol

Same here. I just received my libre today. I waited 2hrs to scan and it's not working. The scan reads 'replace sensor'. Let me know if they respond/ replace yours! I sent an email too

A couple of weeks ago I had a faulty sensor - it fell apart while trying to apply it! I phoned Abbott on Friday and received a replacement the following Wednesday.
I've been using Libre for a few years and have had to return only three due to faults and have found Abbott's service to be very good.

I phone them when met with problems, they dealt with me straight away and posted out replacement which arrived about 4 days later on the two occasions

I agree with Sue512 about phoning. It's worked well when I've had a problem. I'd give them a ring instead of waiting to see if they answer your email.

My sensor is faulty too, I will wait and keep checking then I will call them in the morning. It’s my first sensor in prescription too! was so looking forward to getting on prescription and then this happens. I do have a second sensor, but I will wait for 24 hours since I put it on.

I took the advice to give them a call and they're sending a new one out. I also received a reply to my email later that day, so both are good routes of contact. They ask for a bunch of info Screenshot_20221013-013530~2.jpg

Oops I forgot about this. I got a replacement and prepaid return envelopes within days. My trial ends today and I'm sad that I can't get more.
