Feel so unwell

I’ve been unwell for sometime. I had a bacterial infection end of Nov/beginning of Dec and was in hospital for 4 days because of it and had dehydration.
In waiting on an ultrasound appointment for my liver as the doctor noticed my liver enzymes were to elevated and thinks it’s also why I’ve been feeling unwell.
I’m struggling to eat much, i have no appetite, I’m left feeling sick or upset stomach after eating. I have no energy at all. My gp wasn’t bothered when I phoned and said to wait for my ultrasound appointment which I should have had over a week ago.

I feel like I’ve already eaten and can’t eat no more when in reality I’ve not had a thing, I’m struggling to drink water too, trying to force it down me but feeling ill.
My heart rate is going so high when I’m doing very little.

I’m not sure what to eat no more as nothing is making me feel good. I’m vegetarian and I don’t eat a lot of processed junk food. My blood sugars are in range.

Sorry for the rant im just lost at the minute and feel I have no one listening to me

I’m sorry to hear you are feeling so unwell, the passages of your post which I’ve quoted here, sound like side effects from Mounjaro. Your profile says you are taking Mounjaro, have you been on it long?

We can’t diagnose here but in your position I’d be asking whether Mounjaro can affect the liver too?

I thought exactly the same as @Rachox

It's essential to drink, and I'd suggest either ringing 111 for advice or calling for an ambulance if you're not well enough to get to A&E any other way. A high resting heart rate also needs checking urgently.

Do let us know how you are. Take care.
