Hello Kayleigh88 and dawnmc, Yes I agree with dawn, you are low fatting, not carb-bing, so as I have discovered by reading lots of other posts, diabetics need to up the protein and fat levels to keep the body in balance with the bs levels and then you can get the body to loose weight, this sounds daft, but it's all to do with the conversion of carbs to glucose within the body. I have been having a toasted bagel, with full fat philly cheese on, so my breakfast is bagel 44g and if I had the amount of 30g of philly is 1.2g so 45.2g for breakfast, I thought by using light philly was good, but again reading the posts I found it was not right, and original full fat is better, fills me up better,
From a lot of posts the lower carbs the better the results for bs balance and then loosing weight.
I love Longley Farm yoghurts, which are full fat, but they are live culture and taste great with good flavours to enjoy, ttfn
