Hi all
I'm just after some advice, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last Tuesday. The hospital think I may have had this for a while.
Prior to diagnosis I had no symptoms at all and this was only picked up due to a routine visit to my opticians. At the hospital they were concerned about the feeling in my feet (not that I have noticed anything) and are sending me for a Podiatry appointment
I was given some medication and since my blood sugar levels have started to come down I am getting pins and needles and burning feeling in my feet and hands.
Is this normal to go from not having any symptoms to feeling a change within 1 week?
