I'm sorry to hear you feel so low. I can't see any stuff relating to whether Type 1 or 2, how long you've had diabetes (assuming you have), what medication you take etc, so it's difficult to know what to say.
However, I suffer with depression but my medication is very effective, only 'blips' from time to time but I feel I can understand 'depression' as opposed to 'fed up' etc.
Have you any idea as to what has triggered this depression? Identifying that and being able to put it into words would likely help to to deal with it. GPs are generally very good with treating depression, although it's not usually a quick fix as any of the treatments tend to take at least days to start being effective.
Have you anyone you can talk frankly with, who would understand what you're explaining and be able to make some constructive and helpful noises? Maybe a friend, relative, elderly aunt etc ...
Having diabetes can become a burden, something you've had enough of dealing with and wish you weren't 'lumbered' with it. However, your glucose levels appear to be good, which is some significant achievement. Perhaps your LCHF diet is getting boring or you're fed up of not being 'free' to eat what your mates can eat. That is certainly difficult for me but, to maintain what health I still have, I feel it's important for me to be strong and stick to my LCHF to, hopefully, prevent the known complications.
I hope you can see some light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone, I believe, needs to have hope so perhaps this perspective has got a bit clouded? Without hope, what does one have, eh? Maybe you could think about something you can look forward to? Summer is coming which can bring a brighter perspective.

I am pre diabetic. A year and a half ago I had a relationship breakdown. Other half was seen someone else all the way through, hit me really bad and made redundant just as I started this diet...

Am sorry to read about your previous OH and redundancy is a big thing too. I agree with the suggestions given previously and add to make sure all your vitamin levels are good, ie take a multivit tablet regularly? It may help if you're a bit low on a vit with mood. But only you know if your depression needs external help with.
Are you still working (ie in the redundancy notice period) or unemployed? Have you updated your CV? There's amazing free courses to update your skills available at FreeLearn and other sites. There are heavily discounted courses on Wowcher for Prince and Microsoft. Best of luck for your future.
