Feet issues

Hi all. I'm waiting to see the foot doctor, because I've started to feel a numbness in my left foot.. I have been diagnosed T2 for 1 month now and this is freaking me out.. Surely there can't be so severe issues already. Anyone else had feet problems that can shed some light? Thanks

Accupressure massage mat on ebay.
Has lots of nodules on it. Walk on it (not as easy as it sounds) or rest your feet on it and apply pressure manually.
I had this problem too.
Improved my circulation, wore gel insoles in my shoes and they feel so much better now.
Reflexology if you can afford some, if not this is the next best thing.

I felt some numbness in my right foot shortly after diagnosis but after few weeks it went back to normal. Fingers crossed but its still all good.
