In the pass Few months ive had some horrible pains in the tips of my feet bye the nail there also bright read at the tips on both left and right foot.

anybody no what the problem can be and have any ways to reduce the pain thanks

Difficult to say what the problem is, but you should have your feet checked by your GP, Endo or Podiatrist to get a proper diagnosis, hopefully then they can treat the problem.

I agree entirely with this and without delay foot care is vital for diabetics and diabetic gangrene can be very fast and very permanent in the damage and deaths it can cause waiting a week is never an option for diabetics
