Fibre?

Is this necessary on LCHF? Is it bad or good for you? Standard dietary advice recommends between 20-30g fibre, does that apply here also?

If you eat a reasonably sensible low carb diet you will get ample fibre.

What do you consider a reasonably sensible amount of carbs?

Again, what suits you. If you're getting constipated, you need to eat more fibre.

You've asked a similar question before - and the answer is still the same. We're all different - do what works for you.

I suggest you reread your previous thread rather than repeating questions here.

fibre is not essential to all in this forum, I think fibres are healthy and good to have every day... but you do also get fibres from the salats you might eat on a daily basis on low carb high fat diet... from tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, broccolli , and nuts of all kinds... If you don´t feel you get enough fibres then you could take some fullfat yoghurt with a spoonfull of spyllium husk every day too..but be avare if you take thyroid hormons, then it must be taken in the same meal.

you can get it both as small shells , as powder and as capsuels...

I eat no fibre at all (almost two years) and am fine. Actually I'm dong better than when I ate fibre.
