No, not me. My daughter. Just diagnosed.
Other than GP-prescribed medication, is there anything any of you sufferers on this forum have done to alleviate this condition ?
I'm off to bed, so no replies from me tonight

Exercise , walking , slow streches helps me.

Are you in a better place now, did you see neurologist, rheumatologist?

For fibro...pushing on to do things like exercise, walking, yoga etc is key to managing...

Balancind mind and body is vital.. but so is managing pain. Some CCGshave brilliant pain management teams that can help fibro as well as other pain.. they have pain psychologists too.

Hi

I've just seen this as I've just signed up for a new account.

Hope your daughter is managing.
What medication is she on? What has she tried to help with symptoms?

I take naproxen dihydrocodiene and paracetamol. I practice Karate and walk for exercise. I also have some microwave heat pads that are a god send. I also like my hot baths and find that showers that some showers can help. The ones where you can get a strong stream that seems to massage you.

The only person I see is my GP. Went to a rheumatologist for my diagnosis. Who sent me for tests and I had to go to the go to get the results.

Hope this helps
