i am vaping
ive tried everything since being diagnosed and all failed
brought a new ecig and cut down straight away
spent the last of my money on e liquids so i dont have cash on me in case i cave in

Good on you @licklemoose It's something that once you stop, you will never look back.

I stopped 12 years ago upon finding out I was pregnant, the shock of that was enough to stop me there and then, as soon as I found out my relationship with tobacco ended, i've never looked back, my partner still smokes and he get's an annual lecture for it, i'd love it if he did stop but then that's his choice.

Yes you have got this, and think of all the money you will save !
