We have been lied to for years by big corporate money greedy consortiums. time to fight back. !! I will never believe any carb advertising advert again. i have seen the light and i am convinced the only way forward is LCHF. ask any eskimo. it takes some time to adjust to eating fat, and i mean good saturated animal fat, kick out all that processed **** !!. i will never eat it again. okay i missed looking at all those cakes and ice creams and sweet sugary foods. now i drop kick anything that looks like a carb. and i never felt better. I am over the moon with my results. and i used to inject over 200 units of insulin every day. now...... after 3 weeks i am down to 50 units daily. and i am dropping down every day i wake i up with BS of 5.6 mmols. Thank you internet for introducing me to education on high fat diets. Gaz

I too have recently started the LCHF diet and am so impressed with the results, like you sir my blood glucose levels sit in the 5.0 - 6.5 range yet never above 7.0. It's been about six weeks, where I'd usually be hungry an hour after a meal containing carbs, I'm no longer digging through my cupboard for a cheeky biscuit. I feel more alert, less stressed and sleep better. well done to you , glad to be on the journey with you.

Well Done. I can concur about Carbs. My diabetic nurse has been wanting to put me on insulin for the last three years. So two weeks ago I decided to completely avoid bread, pasta and potatoes, thus enjoying meat, cheese, etc. My fasting blood sugars have dropped from 10+ to between 5-8 in a morning. just need to find some good low carb recipes... keep up the good work

Snap, same results for me, very rarely feel hungry, lots more energy and feel more alert, sleep so much better and my diabetes has gone into remission, lots of weight loss too which is amazing considering what I now eat compared to what I ate before going LCHF.

Nerves cannot regenerate, but neuropathy is not always a permanent damage and can be improved with low carb diet (my experience, too).
