Finger pricking rant

I offer which part of the finger I want them to use and after 55 years T1 I know which part of the finger I want to use

I was in hospital when I first had to use an injection needle, I asked the Staff nurse how to use it, and was told it was easy but she didn't show me, I had to wait till the next day to ask another nurse. Another time the nurse did my finger test which was 3.2 I said that's low she said no that's alright, the chap in the next bed said that's low and gave me a sweat. I could go on. Most of the time the nurses are marvels, bless them, but you just get one that doesn't know.
