Having my first 3 month check up. Hoping for good things although very anxious. Cut carbs from whatever they were to an average of 105g a day. Lost 2 stone. 1 metformin a day, swimming twice a week, gym and table tennis instead of sitting on my backside. Fingers crossed.
I've put the eye test off as I don't fancy the idea.
