Here we go on my first low-carb day, hopefully I can stick to less than 40g a day for quick weight loss!
B'fast - Porridge made with water -20g CHO
Lunch - Salad leaves with eggs, ham, brie and mozrella - Trace CHO
Dinner - Chicken brests wrapped in bacon with cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage - No CHO
Snack - 3 satsumas - 15g CHO
I would appriciate any comments on this as I do feel mt lunch is very decadent !
