I love home grown veg. I'm useless at it but my grandad keeps me well stocked throughout the year :)

6.9 is great for being so early on in your learning. Keep it up and you should see more improvements. Your body takes a little while to catch up!

Very impressive allotment Ray, you could open a market stall with all that veg :D

Ray, you were 17.2 after eating ? What did you eat ? Your potato patch ?

I grow most of my veg for the old age pensions who just live on the other side of the plot bless them and it's all free :):):)

That is a good deed, I bet they appreciate your kindness!!!

Your allotment photos are inspiring! Do you have a fabulous garden at home?

My garden is a waterlogged bog.

Really liked seeing the photos. Thanks for sharing.

Ray I would love to see some photos!

I just feel depressed when I look at my garden (swamp!)

In the Fens of South Lincolnshire. Just about at sea level. Hence the bog.

id love to live in the fens, its so flat, my running would be terrific. i chant when running up hills, move to the fens....move to the fens.....

Property prices here are really low compared to lots of other places, but I'm Welsh and I miss the hills. We just couldn't afford a house this size somewhere we would like to live.
Lots of people move here form the South of England because of the quiet life and the property prices

Morning Ray

How are you doing with cutting back the carbs? Are you feeling better?
