Blimey.
I used to keep a written one, along the lines of 'chicken with chorizo and cheese, broccoli, green beans. 5.2 before 6.8 after
And once I stuck with MyFitnessPal for 3 whole weeks, but that reduced me to exasperation.
I don't even do that now.
I must say I love your layout, and your comprehensivity. If that is a word.
But seeing that actually makes me realise how little I eat.
I mean
seriously. If all that adds up to just 2,500 calories, and 212g fat, then I am probably eating less than 1,200 calories and far too little fat, even though I am LCHF...
I obviously need to do some proper tracking again.

Yup. As suspected. Far too little. Today is a mere 1,150 cals, and 80g fat. And that is WITH the icecream that I don't usually have. Bummer. Need to rethink this.
