food for diabetic

hey..can anyone tell me how much amount of carb, fat, protein (in grams)can eat each day???
That depends on Type of diabetes and also on the person as everyone is different.
For example as a Type 1 I can have as many carbs as many as I inject for.
But for a Type2 this really is very personal, some need less than 20grams of carbs a day, some can have more than 100g - it depends on how your body reacts to them. Testing is the only way to find out how many can be tolerated.

You can eat whatever fats and proteins you like, I would think - at least for the present - type ones need to factor in protein and carbs to work out their insulin requirements - but if you turn out to be a type two then - unless it is a huge drop from what you have been eating, about 50 gm of carbs per day seems to be where many people settle to get their numbers down to normal.
All the macronutrients are pretty much eaten as needed, everyone is different in their requirements.

i dont know stiil which type i have.
Then as @Rokaab has said it is hard to know how to advise you on diet. Certainly lowering your carbohydrate slightly will do you no harm whichever type you are but this (diagnosis of type) is something you need to get sorted. Good Luck.
