Fats from avocado, nuts, good oils such as virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, oily fish like salmon, mackerel a couple of times a week. I don’t eat a lot of added fat especially dairy, more protein from meat, chicken, eggs, fish. Above ground veg with the exception of celeriac which is very low carb friendly and versatile - I eat a lot of veg, probably where I get all my carbs from, I love to snack on cold veg. I’m on about 15g carb per day
