Question
What were your hbA1c levels? Can you post those if you know them. If you don't then it might be worth, in fact well worth your while finding those out.
Do you test your bloods first thing in the morning and just before your evening meal?
Do you keep a food diary?
Carbs and fats and energy levels. Sometimes you need carbs to bring up your energy levels.
Sometimes low energy leads to depression and then the body craves sugars and carbs. Everybody is different.
Try boosting your energy levels and hopefully your moods might might brighten, then try eating to your blood sugar meter ( if you are not sure what that means please ask ) while keeping a food diary.
For a non diabetic person levels between 4 and 7 are supposed to be fine.
Also if it's any consolation I am struggling with energy levels, cravings and lowish for me sugar levels.
