hi its me again I'm on a low-carb diet, trying to reverse my diabetes, not doing bad but ned some fresh ideas for menus ect is there anyone out there that does low-carb delivered or ideas to do by myself? like btch cooking meals ny ides pleaase thank you

Don't know about low-carb delivered. It's something I almost never do, because you've really no idea what's in what you're eating. Many of the sauces and marinades will have added sugar, etc and potentially a lot more stuff I wouldn't eat at home.

If forced - literally 2 or 3 occasions in the last five years while away from home - I usually go for something like a meat thali or similar.

There's an absolute ton of low-carb and keto recipe resources online - this is one

Starting out I used the "Eat Rich, Live Long" book by Ivor Cummins. And if you can get hold of anything that has genuine Spanish, Italian or Greek meat and fish recipes (ie not the carb-loaded ones that are written for UK/USA markets) they tend to be quite good in low carb or keto terms.

"Treats" from companies such as 'deliciously guilt free' are useful to keep in freezer. Otherwise I bake and portion into small portions for freezing and also batch cook things such as celeriac mash, bolognaise mince, chicken stew.
Just eating real food I find my appetite much diminished and easy to provide for. For example lunch today was some cold roast chicken, some corned beef and some olives. Simples!
I like the recipes at dietdictor.com and https://www.ketofitnessclub.com/ useful.
Hope some of these help

I did find a true low keto meal delivery service a few years back (I think just after the first Covid lockdown) that I used for a short while when I was struggling with home circumstances. They are a small company who eat keto themselves & it’s home cooked, the food is nice and varied but the portions aren’t massive & it’s expensive in comparison to making your own. But using them certainly helped me out at the time. They only do weekly meal plans though not individual meals but they are flexible on changing a meal if there’s something you don’t like. I’ve put a link below for you
