Ok, I never knew you were concerned with lack of protein. Fish is very good for you though, as are eggs which you are already aware of. Good luck with doc !I wouldn't eat it that often ,I was only wondering if I would be getting enough protein ,but I suppose as I was told last night I should go back ot my doctors re diet anyway ,tnx
Just as long as it is not covered in breadcrumbs!That's up to you and personal taste. You can eat fish 7 days a week if you like.

It needs to be deep fried though with lots of tartare sauce !Squid just as nice after diagnosis if you know how to cook it right!
