I don't like meat or butter or nuts anymore ,but have been told to eat more of it ,what other options do I have ? getting worried now

Def Veg every day esp the stuff that grows above the ground. Quorn? Soya chunks? Full Fat Cheese, for your protein

I wouldn't eat it that often ,I was only wondering if I would be getting enough protein ,but I suppose as I was told last night I should go back ot my doctors re diet anyway ,tnx

Ok, I never knew you were concerned with lack of protein. Fish is very good for you though, as are eggs which you are already aware of. Good luck with doc !

It's recommended to eat 2 portions of oily fish per week. Salmon, trout, tuna (not tinned tuna a the omega 3 is processed out), sardines, herrings etc all good. Other than tuna tinned or frozen is fine.

I eat fish 3 or 4 times a week, but I live next to a harbour so cheap and easy to get the fresh stuff :-)

Has anyone tried making a Paella with squid rings,Linguistines, chicken, chorizo, saffron, chicken stock but without the rice-I reckon that could be nice as a stew.:)
