Can anyone point me in the direction of some ideas for different meals/ snacks to control blood sugar please? Or maybe a link to a thread? Thank you!

On what basis was you given a fructosine test?

Blood glucose levels are controlled through a reduction in carbs and sugars.
But there are other contributing factors such as meds, stress, illness, other conditions but diet is the most important.
