Foot spa bath and socks

i have neuropathy reading somewhere that foot spa things should not be used by diabetics any ideas anyone can u rec something to soak your feet in also all socks are very tight can anyone rec loose top ones please

A dish of cool water with a little foot soak in - make sure you test the water carefully - best with your elbow then you know it isn't too hot.

Merino wool socks are warm and about as good as you'll get for keeping feet warm. You'll find them in outdoor clothing shops or on the internet.

i had some lovely warm slippers my collie has pinched one and hidden it. grrr mumble
