Forgot insulin

Remembering to take my insulin I'm finding it hard to remember to take it as I have a busy life style and I'm also gaining weight what to do

Hello Ryan, set your alarm on your phone for this, or keep a diary and write it in each time you have taken it and at what time :)

Been there, done that! Mind you, it's a real downer when you 'double dose'! I did that on Christmas Eve, turned up for the shift and promptly collapsed! Very embarrassing!!!!
 
I have now got used to taking the insulin and keep it in a drawer on my desk as soon as i get up i place the insulin on the desk with the needle and memorfin so that after breakfast I know to have it but have forgotten in the past when rushed so I know how you feel ....
