I use this app too it’s really helpfulI use Nutracheck. It gives counts for ready made stuff from the main supermarkets and also separate ingredients eg cocoa powder. You can type in a weight of an ingredient and it calculates carbs plus other nutritional amounts. And it’s free!

Oh no, I still have it free, that’s a shameJust went to check out Nutracheck, seems the free bit has gone, to be replaced by subscriptions.
Just checked on my daughters phone. It’s called calorie counter now and it is still free
I just added an image to my post above to help you find itExcellent, thank you

I always found MFP to have a load of really bad info in it so stopped using it after a couple of days.. don't you find the same? The mix of US and UK measures (being different) makes it almost unusable. My FitnessPal it has a HUGE database of food and also includes user generated content and allows you to scan in food bar codes and add them too. Can highly recommend this.
