Freestyle Libre 2 app

I have been using the Libre 2 sensors & app for several years now, and apart from the odd faulty sensor I’ve not come across any problems.

On Friday that app wouldn’t open, I tried several times, rebooted my phone a couple of times but it wouldn’t open.
I deleted the app so I could reload, but the App Store keeps downloading the Libre 3 app not the Libre 2.
The 3 isn’t compatible with the 2 sensors.

Any ideas?
I’m having to use finger prick test currently.

Also has anyone used one of the watches that test blood glucose?
Are they accurate?

I recommend the Search function on the top,of every page to find previous conversations and answers.
 
Oh lord maybe this why I keep have trouble getting readings so do I have to reinstall ?
 
have to change at the end of this week will see if it alters with the change
 
The new LibraLink app works on my iPhone 12, until that is I add a NovoPen6. Uploading (800) readings causes the app to crash.
Abbots customer care team insist it must be a problem with the pen. Odd as it worked perfectly before the LibraLink update. Anyone had a similar problem or managed to resolve it?
 
well when I changed the sensor it updated itself so now it tells me what the level is without having to place my phone over the sensor
