My arms are heavily tattoed, I have just started with the Libre sensors.

The first one seems to match very closley with my blood levels (minus a short delay as expected)

Does anyone else have lots of tattoos that use them?

I have 2 full sleeves. Went to the Diabetic center for my trial on Thursday. The Abbots rep asked if my tattoos went all around my arms.... she said that i shouldn't have the sensor on tattoos. Having done a fair bit of research I said I was happy to try abd would report straight back to her. After 5 days I can honestly say I love the Libre. Readings are well within 20% of my finger pricking tests. Love the fact that I can now see trends in my bgs. Have already reduced my Levimir my 2 units. So for me I can see no problems with tattoos and the Libre

Ive had mine now for a week and like you have 2 sleeves so no spare skin :)
I am also in the process of dropping my levimir as ive been having hypos in the night I was not aware of! This sensor is really changing my life for the better. It has been so close to my blood readings on my other meter that I am very confident the tattoo issue must be in relation to them perhaps having no trials of people with tattoos maybe?
My nurse classed my tattoos as scaring of the skin, which I replied was not true at all. I guess they are just bound by the rules as to what they can and cant say maybe?
