The black line is your median (50th percentile) glucose reading and the pale blue area is the range in which your glucose readings have fallen at that time of day.
Ideally, you'd have a narrow band of blue and a flat line right in the middle of your target range.
What it is really telling you is that your variation is perhaps wider than you might want and that it would be good to pull it in a bit, if it's really wide.Tim. Thanks.
