I was diagnosed in January, levels not too bad so no medication as yet
Not testing myself, though I have bought a monitor
I am finding I have to go to the Loo every hour at least
I'm not dehydrated, I do drink lemon and cider vinegar every morning and 1 cup of coffee , then water throughout the day
But today I had to go to London, went to toilet many times before I left home , less than an hour I needed to go !!! We were on busy London roads , I was in tears , lucky husband driving so when traffic stopped
I had to jump out and run in a pub , then so much urine, then had to wait for hubby to find his way back to me , it took approximately another hour to get to appointment and I was busting again
On the way home we deliberately stopped at services never had to do that before and have done this journey many times
It is really worrying me as have lots of things planned throughout year
Does going in medication, meta forming help with this ? ??
