You need to ask your GP - I doubt anyone can tell online, you need someone who is qualified to diagnose you. (Take a urine sample, that's what I did with my daughter - they tested her urine for sugar and it was a strong positive). Make an appointment with your GP ASAP.

Oh, OK. The best thing to do is to get to your GP - that's what we did with our daughter, she had similar symptoms to you (lots of urination, lots of thirst) and her urine was strongly positive for glocose (don't know her BG levels, as that was before she was diagnosed!). No-one on here can tell you - you need to see your GP. If it is diabetes - better to know sooner rather than later.

It's still worth checking, it may be something different (like a bladder infection) but it's best to get things sorted. If it's nothing, you can then relax & stop worrying! :)

Go to your GP, take a fresh (as sterile as possible) urine sample with you. He/she should be able to help. Is there any discomfort when weeing? Any stomach pain? This would point more toward a bladder infection, if you have these symptoms - it will need sorting ASAP, whatever is causing it.

All the best!

Good advice to check with your GP about diabetes checks. He/she might also be able to control your blood pressure without the Norvasc (amlopipine besilate). Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker to control influences putting a 'squeeze' on your bloood vessels and also lowers blood volume by keeping your body's fluid content lower, which means you'll pee more.
However, my GP didn't volunteer this info and I only found out from my cardiologist.

I'm not a doctor so I'm not in a position to do the blood tests that will help decide. The best thing you can do is call in to have a word and then make arrangements to be tested....and until then, just eat as you normally do and be guided by what you are told when the tests are arranged.

totally agree, noone here can diagnose you, with your blood levels as they are it could be anything, maybe even your tablets :)
