Today I witnessed the making of a popular cheese with added fructose. The chief ingredients were Wensleydale cheese, dried apricots and fructose ( Tate and Lyle plastered all over the bag). Amazing.
Original poster unlikely to read this as within 9 posts (at least 4 of which I’ve seen are perfectly ok) they have been banned. Probably best not to speculate why
Well then - just stick with plain ordinary basic Wensleydale - the fructose will be included in relation to the addition of apricots (or cranberries etc, in other fruity versions), and NOT used in the cheese itself.
