I found this to be helpful. Or just type in a fruit in google and add nutrition and you'll get a window in the right corner where you can even adjust the amount a bit. (Example kiwi)

I've just weighed a Kiwi fruit and it is 80 gms. I would say that's about the 'normal' size for a Kiwi. Having said that though, that includes the skin and the middle bit, neither of which I eat. I could weigh just the edible part - I'll post back again in a few mins ... :)

Edit:
OK, I've skinned the same Kiwi and taken the 'core' out and the same Kiwi now weighs 52gms.
Hope this helps ;)

BTW, I ate one Kiwi the other day and noticed that my glucose level only very slightly increased. I'll check again when I get to eat the one I've just prepared, probably tomorrow. :) Eaten with cream, it wouldn't spike so much ;) I have always loved them with melon and fresh cream :)

I LOVE kiwi.

Will have to try some and test the result. Haven't have anything but berries in a looong time. :D

I can usually manage about 1/4 of an orange, but even if it doesn't send the bg up, I am still wary of the fructose in fruit.

I agree, I find anything which is more of a juicy fruit does the same for me, with the non juicy exception of bananas which I just find really difficult to estimate.
