hi static this has been happening to me quite a lot lately for no apparent reason even now as we speak

I wouldn't be a bl**dy diabetic if I didn't have days like this.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Today, yesterday, last Thursday:oops:

Yes, I constantly feel like I'm chasing my tail with it. It seems to come in waves and has no explanation. Some days are great, other days I can inject what I want but my levels will keep being/going high for no explicable reason and it feels out of my control.

Some days I’m happily in range all day with relatively little effort. And other days, like today, I woke up high and can’t seem to bring it down using the correct dose - looks like an insulin resistant day today!

No rhyme or reason to it. Your brain can do all the numbers right, but your body doesn’t always pay attention...

Oh yes, and frustrating search for cause and fix.
Insulin old or duffed up? No, probably not . .. but?
Liver dump? Maybe? No?
Too little or too much exercise? No. Or?
Bad needles? No, probably not.
Change in ambient temperature? No.
Stress? No, not while awake but during sleep?
Poor sleep? Well yes if checking and correcting during the night. If not, No.
injection site? Probably not, don’t think I used that one recently. Or did I?

And so it goes on. And on. And on.
