Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
I've been much stricter with myself the last couple of weeks, giving up alcohol and treats (minor carbs, but carbs all the same).
Over the last week (or more, I think) I have developed a furry tongue.
Mainly whitish, a bit yellowish today.
I read that you can develop this when fasting, but I am not in a fasting state. I'm losing tiny bits of weight (a pound or two per week) but nothing dramatic. I am currently dead on 12 stone and have been for two or three days.
The main issue is that it gives me a bit of a funny taste in my mouth which in turn makes me feel hungry when I'm not really.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Fasting, intermittent fasting, or just not eating a lot?
