Evening,
I was just wondering if any type 1’s have had weight loss surgery/gastric sleeve to help with their weight?
Over the years I’ve been put on various different medications for various other issues which has piled the weight on. I’ve tried exercising, dieting etc none of which has helped. This is literally a last resort and not an option I’ve taken lightly. I full understand that my whole eating habits are about to change which I’m fine with. Losing the weight will help me with the various other issues I’ve now got.
I was just hoping to hear from someone that has had this surgery and how they found re adjusting insulin again etc. Any advice is appreciated
