.My reading keeps saying E-1 can anyone please help
I'm assuming you are referring to a display on your meter.
A quick google search for accu check nano error messages details E1 as a strip error.
Have you still got the instruction manual for the device?
I'm not familiar with the meter but most problems with most meters come down to low batteries in my experience.
Sorry can't help more.
A look at the meter in question suggests that strips are inserted into a port hole. Try giving this area a clean, contamination here can cause issues.
Hi @Sonia w 83
You have two threads running with the same topic.
Would you like them merged?
If it’s a strip error it mean you are not applying enough blood try adding abit more blood each time see if that works if not try a different batch strips there may be a manufacturer fault
