To be honest, I've never heard of it. If it was any good, on a forum this big, I think we might have heard more about it.

Not eating high amounts of carbohydrate would negate the need to take such substances don't eat the carbs and you won't need to shuffle high amounts of glucose around to muscle tissue.

I would second the concept of not eating the carbs in the first place rather than trying to get rid of them. It certainly works for me.

I just saw it on line , but thank you guys . Best stick to low carb
