Closest I got was Blue Circle cement but although it did produce a nice firm loaf, slicing it was a problem :lol:

Got a low carb beakfast cereal on the go now though, and no gluten in there!

Oh yes please, I'll have some of that when you're done! I would love to have an alternative to eggs/meat in the mornings...

Funny thing Fergus, I was at the Western General just last week explaining to one of the dieticians why I was very low carb when she turned round to me and said 'you sound just like Fergus Craig - do you know him?'. I had to giggle - you're (in)famous! :lol:
