Been type 2 for anumber of years, and always have been a man of real generous proportions. 18 months ago i reduced the carb intake, practiced good portion control, walked daily, and over 12 months lost 24lb. Everyone delighted including me, except for the expense of the new trousers.
But, over the last 4 or 5 weeks I have put back 5 of those pounds, and the gaining doesn't look like stopping.
I've changed nothing, still watching the carbs and portions, and still waliking, even longer than I was before.
I take Metformin, and use Victoza, and the weight gain is now starting to get me down ..
Suggestions anyone????
