I have been low-carb for years... but sadly my body is not creating enough insulin.
Exercise will lower it to some degree.
But i am waking with readings around 13......
Has this been confirmed with a lab test?but sadly my body is not creating enough insulin.
Like every drug, there will be a small percentage who have side effects.Thank you for your comments
I would welcome any feedback from anyone who has taken a gliptin as to its effects etc
Yes so difficult... In a way insulin seems a cleaner drugLike every drug, there will be a small percentage who have side effects.
I have been taking sitagliptin for over eight years now, with no side effects.
I can't take ibuprofen!
I can't take other meds due to my lactose intolerance, the drugs I use have to be sugar free, with only a very low percentage of lactose in the ingredients of the drug.
It is so individual.
