No need to and no one has suggested it, balance the reduction in carbs with an increase in fats and proteins.Cant afford to lose any weight tho im very slim
For someone who is Obviously aware of low carb and ignoring calories I’m surprised about the whole grain and lean suggestions. Pretty darn hard to be very low carb and eat any sort of grain regardless of type or colour. And low carb means increasing healthy real fats, not focusing on lean low fat meats.I suggest you can keep your last meal carb very low by having plenty of salad with whole grain with added lean meat
Wholegrains are not low carb. They might be a little slower (and last longer?) but have pretty similar carbs.Now im confused lol low carb but eat whole grain? Wont eating fats push my cholesterol up?
And what is 16:8 fasting?
