At $33 (roughly £27) for four boxes of cereal, and the site appears only t ship in the US, I'd rther pass. I'm afraid, notwithstanding the cost, it doesn't appel to me.

For me, some yoghurt or eggs hits the spot more than cereals.

Most of my US based type 1 friends who have tried this found it spiked their blood glucose dreadfully. We can bring ours down relatively quickly, but most have found it isn’t worth the insulin. It might not be brilliant for type 2s.

I'd have loved to see paleolithic man popping down to his local Tesco to buy this..

I guess its very existence is evidence that low carb is gaining traction in the mainstream which is a good thing...kind of..

There are several recipes for Grain Free Granola on the internet. Try one of those. Sorry can't post link.
