Hi Guys

I am off to Goa end Jan and have requested a fridge for Insulin, Just in case there is not any left will a frio wallet suffice, I know i would have to fill it with cool water more often etc but will this do?

Any advice welcome

Yes Frio wallet will be fine. You actually soak them in water and don't fill them and there is a gel inside that expands and goes cold. They last for several days and then you just repeat the process which only takes a couple of minutes.
I had 4 of the big ones which take 10 pens when I travelled in Central America for 3 months a few years ago. The temperatures were in the mid 30s and they were fine. I recommend them.

I also would recommend the frio bags. If you have a fridge then I would store spare insulin in this on arriving (keep in frio for travel) and then use the frio to carry your current insulin around with you. I always placed my bag in the shade etc also to be extra careful! Enjoy your trip :)
