There hasn't been a day since I've shot up to at least 20 the past month. (Well, maybe the odd day I haven't.) I'm not high all the time THANK GOD, and I'm usually between 5 and 12, but for one part of the day I jump up to 20. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong exactly, I don't snack on bad food, and I'm even trying to cut back on carbs (eating less bread for example). It seems any little mistake, I just shoot up unbelieveably high (don't inject my glargine at the right time, have one more piece of toast than I should etc.). If I ever made a "mistake" in the past, I might've gone high, but no way nearly as high as 20... Being above 16 or so was so rare, but now it's become a daily occurrence... It must be down to my insulin sensitivity, and how little exercise I've done the past month (I just moved back to NZ for a bit, and my daily routine has changed). I used to go running every so often. But surely that can't be the only reason? Or is it? I hope anyway, so all I'll have to do is go for a run every second morning...
Ah, I'm just feeling so depressed from it all, this is probably more of a rant.
