@ickihun - Vicky, some GP Surgeries loan T.E.N.S. machines out to patients (like they do with Blood Pressure machines) - or your could buy one from a Chemist, but expect to pay £30 to £40 maybe £50 quid. (Go over to PM messages)
Will pm later hun. Boys want tablet and I want to read to B in bed. I won't be long.

Hi @maureen5752 - Your 5.7 fasting this morning was a good result :). (You were well within range: 4 - 7)
If you want to 'tag' someone your need to put @ followed by their Avatar Name without any spaces, so to tag me: @Liam1955 then leave a space and then write your message, and when you finish and press post, the persons name is highlighted in red - and that person will be alerted..
Looking forward to seeing all these emojos your gonna use. William x
@Liam1955 is this correct William?:) I make lots of spelling mistakes when I send txts to my daughter, I can spell but glare on screen bothers me, I agree I always read the side effects, if I don't like I don't take, I've returned a few meds to doctors & refused to take cos of side effects, have to weight the pros & cons, how are you feeling today? Much better I hope, several people on this forum seem to be suffering at moment, I wish them well & hopefully get well soon, makes me feel selfish, I've been worried cos my hairs very long but been falling out in handfuls since summer, same happened last year confused, men are lucky they look great bald but not us poor women, thsnks for correcting me, we oldies take longer to learn, well I do ha ha have good evening everyone & get well soon to everyone one who's sick X

My spinal pain according to last neurologist I seen is from my car wreck I was in when I was 18 and the course of my osteoarthritis in my spine

@maureen5752 - Hello, - Not to worry about spelling, - when I have finished typing a posting I have to read through it before I post or send it, as this 'predictive text' comes up with all kinds of words.
Losing hair/falling out - could be a lot of things: Anxiety, Stress or/and you could be lacking Iron (Aneamia) or you could be lacking in some minerals?
The drugs I am taking are giving me some 'easing' of pain but they are not killing the pain. It's always there in the background especially at night and more so when asleep.
You have cracked it Maureen when tagging people = Yeah, well done:happy:.

@Liam1955. Thanks liam do hope you get your pain sorted soon, I know what it's like to be in pain, had it for 60+ years but you never get used to it, hope you get a good nights sleep. Regards to R. Luckily you have someone to take care of you, take care of yourself. X (hugs)

What a complete joke this is turning into for Ron.

Well we're do I start. Must say doctor was very nice. Dr said that all the meds Ron is on are wrong. Shouldn't be on clonazepam , this causing the memory loss. The seizures Ron's getting have turned out Tobe muscle spasms.

He is going to write to gp with meds Ron should be on that will take two weeks . Plus Ron shouldn't of been discharged from neurology. There needs to be more investigations . Only problem is kingsmill don't have a neurologists anymore last one we saw was a locom.

also the MRI scan did show more than what we were told about .the pain relief i will be given to try is a patch i wear for seven days at a time so now need to be weened of my other meds not a happy chappy using a locom as a neurologist what a farce no wonder i'm like this might as well as gone to my local vet

I'm totally shocked. What the hell have they been doing? Scratching their ar*e!
I'm livid for you.
Thank god this unit actually has shown the light.
Are you transfering care from kingmill?
Definitely needed and house move might come with a better health support? I'm disgusted by how you've been treated Ron. In this day and age.
Mind u I had read neurologist are in short supply nationwide. Many in Sunderland transfer to Newcastle, especially for mental health.

It's was the pain doc that told us about the mri and about the neurologist being a locom he was just as disgusted as we were should have never been discharged back to my gp was his exact words .also told us kingsmill no longer have any neurologist

the only other update i can give you is because of the lack of treatment at kingsmill there is a good chance i could loose my driving license or at best have it suspended because of the misdiagnosis of seizures/tremors and being on the wrong meds it turns out i'm suffering from muscle spasms and turns out this has to be notified to DVLA .
plus my new meds Buprenorphine patches are one of the banned substances above a certain amount with the DVLA

I hope they help you, Ron. I wasn't able to tolerate those unfortunately - they are pretty strong.

Evening Ive had a good & bad day, saw a doctor who was lovely, but she said if doctor said he won't check my eyes once a year anymore nothink she can do, but she did have a chat with me & I told her about being harassed, she said that's possible part the reason why I'm losing so much hair, it was good to let her her know the stress I've been under, now good news, my weight went up to 61+ when I was weighing myself in the mornings but weighed myself this evening & im 57.2!!! Great got it of, should be slightly less as weight increases during the day. Hope everyone's well

Oh mate! I'm upset for you.
Listen, my old boss had a stroke and lost his aeroplane licence, motorbike licence and of course car licence. He had them back within months. If he can do it so can you! Lets take one step at a time. Get well first. Then challenge what needs to be.
I know @tina_marie does enough already but can she help with driving? Driving lessons? She'll be able to drive you and give herself the independence that we drivers love. @tina_marie might love it or relish the chance to prove we woman drivers, are better drivers! lol What do you think @tina_marie ? This isn't the end but just a new beginning? I can see changes forced on you might just open up some new opportunities. As regards to fighting for your licence. We can definitely look into it once the shock has gone!
I'm totally annoyed about it all. I'll fight with you and pull my experience from working for Churchill Motor insurance and studying law to research for you. 3 hands better than 2? We will pull in any charities who can help too. We'll fight this hun. :) :) :)

Thanks for all your help and support . I'm coming off here for a while . Love to everyone you are all totally amazing people and I wish you all well . Xxx
